Digital delivery

LittleEveryday sells downloadable PDF guides. No printed book or physical parcel is shipped, and there is no physical shipping charge for these digital products.

How you receive your guide

After your order is processed, our digital delivery service, Filemonk, sends a download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if the message is not in your inbox.

Delivery is electronic. If the email or download link does not arrive, or if the link does not work, please use our contact form with your order number and checkout email so we can help. Do not send card details or sensitive medical information.

Opening the file

You will need an internet connection to download the file and a device or application that can open PDFs. The product page identifies the language, format and contents of the guide you are purchasing.

Refunds and consumer rights

Please see our Return and refund policy for help with a guide that is not right for you or a problem with your download. Nothing in this delivery policy limits your statutory rights.
